Seth Thomas "World" drop trunk clock, ca 1909. 15 day, time only, double spring, large No.40 movement, Graham dead beat escapement, movement original to this case but the pendulum hanger above the movement has been moved or replaced. The movement is signed and running. Old oak case is 32 inches, beat scale and label are old as are the pendulum and rod. Dial pan is new and a new paint job. I would find the correct pan or repaint this one or at least have the Seth Thomas lettering redone. Factory date of "1890" on back of the case. Ly-Seth Thomas, page 150.
