C.1879, Seth Thomas Clock Co., "Regulator No. 2", 8-day rosewood wall timepiece. Condition: Veneer wise the case is in very nice shape. There is minor veneer damage on the hinge side of the bezel and some veneer loss on the bottom bracket (not easily seen). The original tablet has some loss to the gold leaf design in the center, but is overall very good. The clock has an extra nice touch in that the area the where the dial mounts has been artificially grained (original). The lower key lock door retains original gold leafed border in xlnt order The original dial has some paint flaking, and bears the name of jeweler from West Virginia (R. H. Nefflen). This clock is in very good original condition, and in excellent running order. Height 34 inches
