C.1890, Seth Thomas Clock Co., Thomaston, Conn., "Regulator No. 2", 8-day weight timepiece in oak. Condition: Oak case in especially nice condition with original finish. Interestingly, this case has factory enhancement of the quarter sawn oak (rubbed off in a couple of places). Original painted dial is excellent with some very minor paint loss at the mounting screws (very good signature intact). Hands, weight, pulley and pendulum are original. Movement is properly marked. There is a small ding in the pendulum (seen on close inspection). Overall excellent original condition. Ht 34" [86.3 cm]
