C.1874, Seth Thomas and Sons, "No. 8013", 15-day time and strike mantel clock. Condition: Cast spelter case has been cleaned and painted black. The two side drops were damaged and repaired by putting a ball from a 400-day clock pendulum on each one. Statue and medallion are gold painted. Signed porcelain dial is perfect and the hands are original. Movement is clean and running. For Reference, see Tran Ly's Seth Thomas boo, 3rd Edition, Vol 2, page 1048, and you will see the side trims are supposed to be symmetrical. Ht 15" [38.1 cm]
