Seth Thomas ships bell clock, "Monitor", C. 1936. A very collectable ships bell, particularly if complete with full label on the back. This one has no label. 10.5" nickel plated case. Not shining, but dull, metal undercoat showing in a few small places. I wound it and it took off running and strikes the bell with two hammers, typical ships bell strike. Hinged bezel, case flanged front and back. Etched and signed silver plated dial. Ly-Seth Thomas #1444.
