Seth Thomas mantle clock, "Metal No. 6", ca 1904. One of a set of 6 clocks Seth called the "Metals". They are all 8 day, half hour strike on a Cathedral Bell. Available with an alarm which this one has. Made of oldoak and stands 23 inches high. There is most of an old label in the base toshow the important facts. Factory stamp on the back indicating it was madeJune 1904.The clock now almost 100 years old hasn't been cleaned and is basicallyintact except for a chip of veneer on a place or two.
