C.1909, Seth Thomas Clock Co., "Globe", 8-day time and strike octagon drop school clock, in generally good condition, the case refinished. The rosewood veneered case has some veneer loss on the back edge of the bottom, the front moldings on the bottom and on the upper portion of the left side behind the dial. There is some minor paint flaking on the dial and some areas on the outer edge that have been touched up (looks pretty good). The hands are original. The gilt molding on the bottom door has been gold painted. There is a partial label inside the case. Runs and strikes robustly. Height 31" $325-$425
