C.1870, Seth Thomas Clock Co., "Column", 8-day time and gong strike column and cornice mantel clock. Condition: Refinished rosewood veneered case in generally good condition with small chips on the back edge of the cornice, some lifting on the right OG molding of the base, and right side door stretcher. Original dial has been poorly repainted. Hands are original. Movement is signed. Mirror is period, but lacks the cardboard backing. Nice label inside case. Height 16 inches [40.64 cm]
